Hybrid Creative provides interior design consulting, project management, and related design services. All engagements are subject to a separate design agreement outlining scope, timeline, and fees.
All design concepts, drawings, renderings, and specifications created by Hybrid Creative remain the intellectual property of Hybrid Creative until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the agreed-upon project only.
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Work may be suspended on accounts more than 30 days past due.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to project sites, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and making decisions within agreed timeframes to maintain project schedules.
Changes to approved designs may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.
Hybrid Creative's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or circumstances beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
